Welcome to Brygid Restaurants Online ("BRO"). Brygid Technologies Corp. ("Brygid") provides access to a rich collection of online resources, including site hosting, management, and online order taking services, (the "Service"), to restaurants (the "Restaurant”). The following Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of this Website and/or Application (the "App"), operated by Brygid on behalf of the Restaurant. By using, visiting, or browsing this Website or App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The TOS is an ongoing contract between you and Brygid. Brygid reserves the right to update the terms of TOS at any time at its sole discretion and changes will be effective upon posting. You shall frequently review the TOS, and each time before placing an online order, to understand the terms and conditions that apply. This TOS affects your rights and you should read it in detail. If you do not agree to the TOS, you must immediately discontinue use of this Website or App. The Restaurant may have additional terms and conditions governing the use of this Website, App, and honoring of orders placed through the Service which are between you and the Restaurant.

Ability To Accept Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.

License And Grant

Brygid hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license ("User License"), to use the Website and App for your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree to not alter, copy, or distribute any part of this Website or App in any medium without Brygid's prior written authorization. In the event of your breach of TOS, Brygid will be entitled to terminate the User License immediately.

Information Provided

When placing online orders through the Website, and App, you will need to provide information about yourself. If you pay by credit, debit, or other payment types, Brygid on behalf of the Restaurant will obtain authorization for payments made through the Service from the Restaurant's third-party payment processor. Your order may be cancelled if Brygid is not able to authorize your payment. While navigating the Website, and App, Brygid may collect additional information through the use of this Service. Any information submitted by you, or otherwise collected by Brygid while you use this Service is subject to our Privacy Policy available at https://brygid.com/privacy/. Usage Fees

You are responsible for any internet access and mobile data service fees you may incur from your service provider when using the Service. You acknowledge that your agreement with your mobile network provider and/or internet service provider will apply to your use of the Service.

Changes, Cancelation, And Delivery

The prices, materials and information contained in the Website or App are subject to change without notice and may vary from those prices charged by the Restaurant. You must contact the Restaurant directly to resolve any issues that may arise with your order, or if you wish to make changes, or cancel an order placed via the Service. All issues related to your order are between you and the Restaurant. No refunds will be processed by Brygid. Neither Brygid nor the Restaurant is responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to invalid, or incomplete information provided by you.

Your Account

In order to access some features of the Website or App, you may have to create an Account and Password ("User Account"). When creating a User Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your User Account. You may never use another's User Account without permission. You must immediately notify Brygid, by emailing support@brygid.com, of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your User Account. Brygid will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your User Account, you may be liable for the losses of Brygid or others due to such unauthorized use.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized;
• is defamatory of any other person;
• is obscene or offensive;
• promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
• infringes any copyright or trademark of any other person;
• is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
• is likely to disrupt our service in any way; or
• advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Brygid alone shall own all right, title and interest, including all related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the BRO Technology, the Service and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Service. The content on the Website or App, including without limitation, the text, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, software, scripts, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Brygid. Content on the Website or App is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, or reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.

The Website or App may link to sites or applications not maintained by or related to Brygid. Brygid does not implicitly endorse third-party sites or applications hyperlinked to this Website or App. Hyperlinks are provided as a service to you and are not sponsored by or affiliated with Brygid or the Service. Brygid is not responsible for the content of any other site or application. These links are to be accessed at the user's own risk.

Non-Responsibility

Brygid has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Website, App, and Service. We use commercial encryption technology and have incorporated other methods to protect your personal information at all times. However, the internet is a public network and there is the remote possibility of data security violations. In the event of such occurrences, Brygid is not responsible for any damages you may experience as a result.

(c) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. (d) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Brygid or through or from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the TOS.

Limitation Of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Brygid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Brygid has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third-party on the Service; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service.

Severability
